Powder Coating Technician

Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality industrial products and innovative coatings for a variety of applications. They are seeking a Powder Coating Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Powder Coating Technician:
- Apply powder coatings electrostatically to metal surfaces in an even, overlapping manner
- Prep surfaces by sanding, wiping, and using compressed air prior to coating
- Load and unload ovens for curing coated products
- Inspect and verify coating thickness throughout the process
- Communicate feedback to team members and supervisors
- Follow all safety protocols while working around high temperature equipment
Your skills and experience:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safety guidelines
- Dependable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn new processes
