Staff Accountant

Job Location: In-Person, Salary: $75,000, Day Shift, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits
Our client is a well-established company in the food manufacturing industry, dedicated to quality products and continuous improvement. They are seeking a Staff Accountant Analyst to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Staff Accountant Analyst:
- Lead and execute the month-end close process with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements and general ledger accounts
- Conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable financial insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue recording and support budgeting
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
