Accounting Supervisor| Part Time, Temporary| Up to $38/hr

Our client is a leading media organization committed to providing trusted information, educational programming and community engagement. They are seeking a Accounting Supervisor to assist their team for ~6 weeks.
Your day-to-day as a Accounting Supervisor:
- Audit and approve journal entries, invoices, and purchase orders for accuracy and compliance
- Oversee the financial close process and coordinate accounting team activities
- Prepare audit request lists and ensure proper documentation of financial records
- Conduct financial analysis and support adherence to internal policies and GAAP standards
Your skills and experience:
- 8+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency with Excel, ADP, and NetSuite or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration
