Our client is a well-established insurance provider with a strong reputation for customer service, and they want you to join their team as a licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent.
Your day-to-day as a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager:
- Maintain and service client accounts in the agency management system
- Support account renewals, updates, and expansion opportunities
- Prepare proposals and insurance quotes in coordination with advisors
- Assist with marketing efforts to meet quality and performance standards
- Deliver responsive and professional service to clients
Your skills and experience:
- Insurance office experience a must
- Active insurance license for NY State
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
