CNC Mill Setup

Job Location: In-Person, $30-$33/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
Our client is a leading provider of precision machined parts, supporting a wide range of industries. They are seeking a CNC Mill Setup Operator to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a CNC Mill Setup Operator:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines following detailed work instructions and blueprints
- Install and align fixtures and cutting tools to meet production requirements
- Troubleshoot setup issues and machining errors to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate setup documentation and adhere to safety and organizational procedures
Your skills and experience:
- 3+ years of experience in CNC milling setup, preferably in high-precision environments
- Strong knowledge of G-code, tooling, and machining principles
- Ability to interpret blueprints and apply GD&T standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in a fast-paced setting
