Lead Installer

Job Location: In-Person, $25-$35/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
Our client is a rapidly growing company providing installation services for energy-efficient systems. They are seeking a Lead Installer to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Lead Installer:
- Lead and participate in HVAC installation projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Direct and mentor crew members, adjusting assignments to maintain project timelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site to ensure proper system operation
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
Your skills and experience:
- Extensive hands-on experience with HVAC installation, especially ductless and heat pump systems
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and training
- Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant systems with diagnostic tool expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in fast-paced field environments
