CNC Programmer Machinist

Job Location: In-Person, $32–$40/hour (Based on Experience), Day Shift, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits
Our client is a precision manufacturing and metal fabrication company, and they want you to join their team as a CNC Programmer Machinist.
Your day-to-day as a CNC Programmer Machinist:
- Program CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision parts
- Display and manipulate part images to create proper tool paths
- Read and interpret blueprints, tolerances, and manufacturing instructions
- Adjust programs and offsets to achieve final dimensions
- Monitor machine operations, inspect finished parts, and document measurements
- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area
- Train or provide general instruction to others and occasionally direct work
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in metal fabrication
- Hands-on experience with CNC programming, setup, and operation of mills and/or lathes
- Strong blueprint reading and applied math skills (trigonometry preferred)
- High attention to detail with solid problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- High School diploma or GED
