HVAC Install Technician

Job Location: In-Person, $20-$25/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, Excellent Benefits
Our client is a rapidly growing company providing installation and service solutions for residential and commercial clients. They are seeking a HVAC Install Technician to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a HVAC Install Technician:
- Lead and coordinate HVAC installation crews on residential and light commercial projects
- Perform advanced installation tasks such as line set routing, vacuuming, and electrical connections
- Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices to ensure quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with safety and building codes
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience, including ductless mini-split systems
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities
- Proficient with HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
