Your day-to-day as a Production Supervisor:
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities to achieve operational goals.
- Assign tasks and provide hands-on support to production teams.
- Implement and uphold safety protocols and equipment maintenance standards.
- Monitor production metrics and report on key performance indicators.
Your skills and experience:
- Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- Familiarity with quality control and process improvement practices.
