Your day-to-day as a Process Engineer Ii:
- Lead and support the development and improvement of manufacturing processes and material flow
- Create, implement, and refine standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Conduct data-driven analyses to enhance productivity, quality, and process efficiency
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a STEM-related field
- 3–6 years of experience in engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or process environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with process simulation or CAD tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities
