Billing Administrator | Plattsburgh, NY | DIRECT HIRE

Our client is a rapidly growing and successful organization, and they want you to join their team as a Billing Administrator.
Your day-to-day as a Billing Administrator:
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
- Assist with project contract setup, schedules of values, and billing maintenance within accounting software
- Maintain organized accounts receivable records, including customer billing requirements and AP contacts
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and billing irregularities and assist with resolution
- Collaborate with project teams, customers, and finance staff to ensure billing accuracy and policy compliance
Your skills and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Experience using office software such as Adobe, PDF tools, and similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Accounting or billing software experience preferred (Timberline Sage 300 / Viewpoint Vista a plus)
