Fulfillment Associate

Job Location: In-Person, $18-$23/Hour (Depending on Experience), Day Shift, Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Our client is a printing and fulfillment company, and they want you to join their team as a Lead Fulfillment Associate.
Your day-to-day as a Lead Fulfillment Associate:
- Pick, pack, and prepare printed materials for shipment
- Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and meet quality standards
- Operate packaging and labeling equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with printing and production teams to meet daily deadlines
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience in fulfillment, shipping, or warehouse operations (printing industry a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable using basic computer systems or scanners
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
