Production Maintenance Technician

Your day-to-day as a Production Maintenance Technician:
- Install, set up, and adjust complex production machinery and equipment according to specifications.
- Perform production line changeovers, including equipment adjustments and operational readiness verification.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment failures.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain detailed repair and parts replacement logs.
- Operate shop equipment such as drill presses, grinders, and other metalworking tools to fabricate or repair parts.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, ISO procedures, and company policies while supporting production goals.
Your skills and experience:
- 3-6 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, sketches, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing safety practices and Lockout/Tag out protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and operate lifting mechanisms for heavier loads.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; SolidWorks experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
