Production Group Lead

Job Location: In-Person, $17-21/Hour (Depending on Experience), 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Our client is a leading manufacturer in the consumer goods industry, and they want you to join their team as a Production Group Lead.
Your day-to-day as a Production Group Lead:
- Supervise, train, and support employees on filling and packaging assembly lines
- Assign lot codes, maintain records, and ensure product quality matches control samples
- Monitor line performance and support daily production goals
- Evaluate employee performance and communicate issues to management
- Perform relief duties on production lines when needed
Your skills and experience:
- 2+ years supervisory experience in consumer product manufacturing or packaging environment (preferred)
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs and stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles (a plus)
- Capable of adhering to ISO 22716 standards, C-TPAT requirements, and safety protocols
