Production Associate

Job Location: In-Person, $18-$20/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Our client designs and manufactures electrical components used around the world, and they want you to join their team as a Production Associate!
Your day-to-day as a Production Associate:
- Assemble small components and fixtures following detailed work instructions and drawings
- Perform leak testing and quality checks to ensure parts meet strict specifications
- Operate basic production equipment and tools with a focus on safety and accuracy
- Accurately document completed work using computer systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
Your skill set includes:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with small parts assembly or detailed manufacturing work preferred
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to pass a full background check with zero tolerance requirements
