Quality Inspector

Job Location: In-Person, $23-$25/Hour, 1st Shift,Full-Time

Your day-to-day as a Quality Inspector:
- Perform dimensional, material, and visual inspections on customer parts during receiving and in-process stages
- Review and analyze supplier and material inspection reports for compliance
- Conduct manufacturing line audits and periodic production line assessments
- Prepare, maintain, and ensure availability of inspection reports in accordance with quality management standards
- Write nonconformance reports for products not meeting requirements and participate in corrective actions
- Coordinate calibration events and collaborate with production and service providers to ensure instrument accuracy
Your skills and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with quality inspection processes in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical documents
- Familiarity with continuous improvement techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S
- Ability to analyze inspection data and maintain accurate records
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with engineering and production teams
