Production Manager

Job Location: In-Person, $28-$30/Hour, Day Shift, Full-Time, Overtime Opportunities
Our client is a leading packaging and printing manufacturer committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service — and they want you to join their team as a Production Manager.
Your day-to-day as a Production Manager:
- Oversee day-to-day operations within the printing department
- Lead, train, and support production team members to ensure efficiency and quality
- Monitor workflow and ensure production schedules are met
- Collaborate closely with the Plant Manager to improve processes and performance
- Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards across all shifts
Your skills and experience:
- Proven management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Willingness to work 50+ hours per week, including overtime as needed
