Senior Maintenance Technician

Job Location: In-Person, $30–$42/Hour (Depending on Experience), Monday-Friday, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits
Our client is a manufacturing and production-focused organization, and they want you to join their team as a Senior Maintenance Technician.
Your day-to-day as a Senior Maintenance Technician:
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and restore machinery safely and efficiently
- Diagnose root causes of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime
- Perform and enhance preventive maintenance programs, including creating and modifying PM schedules
- Support installation, movement, and repositioning of machinery per engineering specifications
- Assist with parts cross-referencing, vendor identification, and equipment improvement initiatives
Your skills and experience:
- Strong background in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment
- Hands-on experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot PLCs and assist with basic software/programming issues
- Proven ability to improve preventive maintenance systems and reduce downtime
- Strong problem-solving skills with a safety-first mindset
