Your day-to-day as a Install Technician:
- Lead and participate in the installation of ductless mini-split and air-source heat pump HVAC systems.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to confirm project details and ensure site readiness.
- Perform technical installation tasks such as line set routing, vacuuming, and electrical connections.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
Your skills and experience:
- Experience installing HVAC systems, including ductless mini-split or VRF systems.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, refrigerant, and electrical HVAC components.
- Valid EPA 608 Universal Certification and a clean driver’s license.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.
