Fabrication Operator

Job Location: In-Person, $23.50/Hour, 2nd Shift, Full-Time, 4-Day Work Week (Monday-Thursday)
Our client is a leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment, and they want you to join their team as a Fabrication Operator.
Your day-to-day as a Fabrication Operator:
- Load machinery and assist with fabrication processes such as blending, polishing, spot welding, and shearing
- Use measuring devices, hand tools, and power tools to complete assigned work
- Operate a forklift to transport materials ranging in weight from 50 to 4500 pounds
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Perform other fabrication-related duties as assigned
Your skills and experience:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Skilled in the use of small hand and power tools
- Familiarity with shop floor measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, or stoop throughout the shift
- Team-oriented with flexibility to work in various areas as needed
- Previous machine operation or press experience preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates
