HR/Payroll Manager| Direct Hire| Plattsburgh Area| $80K+

Our client is a large-scale production operation and they want you to join their team as a Human Resources & Payroll Manager.
Your day-to-day as a Human Resources & Payroll Manager:
- Process weekly payroll for full-time, part-time and H-2A employees
- Track hours, overtime, piece-rate pay, deductions, and benefit contributions
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, personnel records, and I-9 compliance
- Administer employee benefits including health insurance, retirement, workers’ compensation, and leave programs
- Coordinate H-2A program documentation, payroll tracking, and compliance records
- Support audits, inspections, reporting, and compliance with labor and employment regulations
Your skills and experience:
- Prior HR and payroll experience in a large or high-volume workforce environment
- Experience with benefits administration and payroll compliance
- Strong understanding of wage and hour laws and payroll reporting requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
