Your day-to-day as a Assistant Operations Manager:
- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily department operations and supervising staff.
- Implement and monitor operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and achievement of business objectives.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum 8 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or operations environment.
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team development abilities.
