Building Maintenance Mechanic

Job Location: In-Person, $31.06/Hour, 12 Hour Overnight Shifts, Weekend Coverage (Friday-Sunday), Full-Time
Our client is a large-scale manufacturing and production facility focused on delivering high-quality consumer health and wellness products, and they want you to join their team as a Building Maintenance Mechanic.
Your day-to-day as a Building Maintenance Mechanic:
- Maintain and repair building systems including utilities, HVAC, and fire protection systems
- Troubleshoot facility and utility systems such as steam, water, compressed air, and waste systems
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating at optimal condition
- Complete plumbing, piping, welding, and mechanical repairs as needed
- Support facility upkeep including outdoor maintenance and snow removal
Your skills and experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in building or industrial maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, welding, carpentry, etc.)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills for maintenance and HVAC systems
