Production Laborer

Job Location: In-Person, $16/Hour, Day Shift, Monday-Thursday, Full-Time
Our client is well-established manufacturing company who is seeking a dependable Production Laborer to join their team.
Primary Responsibilities as a Production Laborer:
- Cut and prepare various production materials using the appropriate tools and equipment
- Assemble and laminate materials according to specifications and quality standards
- Band, package, and label finished products for shipment
- Inspect incoming materials, load and ship outgoing products, and ensure order accuracy
- Maintain accurate production records and assist with inventory counts as needed
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, including safety-cut and Stanley knives, skill and jig saws, staple guns, heat sealers, nail guns, and drills
- Ability to operate a forklift safely (certification preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow detailed instructions or work independently
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment preferred
