Mirco Ingredient Dispensing Unit (MIDU) Operator

Job Location: In-Person, $25/Hour, 12-Hour Day Shift, Full-Time
Our client is a global manufacturer of healthcare and nutritional products, and they want you to join their team as a MIDU Operator.
Available Schedule:
- 12-Hour Shifts, 3-2-3 Rotating Schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on)
Your day-to-day as a MIDU Operator:
- Perform daily dispensing activities, including scheduled and unscheduled tasks to support production needs
- Complete equipment and area cleaning, maintenance, and accurate documentation
- Navigate and utilize systems such as CDS, SAP, DCS, and manual processes when needed
- Calculate raw material requirements, perform MIDU consumptions, and verify inventories
- Follow detailed SOPs and safety regulations while assisting with CI, RCA, and Safety initiatives
Your skills and experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions accurately
- Strong basic math skills (conversions, percentages, general calculations)
- Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot systems
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work in varying temperatures or confined spaces
