Process Operator

Job Location: In-Person, $28/Hour, Overnight 12-Hour Shift, Rotating Schedule, Full-Time
Our client is a leading manufacturer in the production industry, and they want you to join their team as a Process Operator.
Your day-to-day as a Process Operator:
- Operate and support cleaning-in-place (CIP) of dryers, evaporators, and associated equipment
- Perform in-process product testing to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain proper documentation
- Assist with area cleaning, rework, and floor support as needed
- Safely handle physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in varied temperature environments
Your skills and experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions
- Comfortable operating computer systems and applications
- Capable of safely performing physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 55 lbs, working at heights, standing for 10+ hours)
- Willingness to work in environments with noise, heat, cold, and industrial equipment while wearing required PPE
