Industrial Engineering Technician | DIRECT HIRE | Plattsburgh, NY | $27/hr+

Job Location: In-Person, $25-$28/Hour, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits
Our client is a well-established manufacturing company, and they want you to join their team as an Industrial Engineering Technician.
Your day-to-day as an Industrial Engineering Technician:
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Partner with engineers to develop, implement, and test production systems and procedures
- Perform time studies, workflow analysis, and process mapping to identify improvement opportunities
- Support the creation and maintenance of standardized work procedures and documentation
- Collect and report data related to production performance, quality, and process improvements
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with CAD tools and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
