Construction Project Manager | DIRECT HIRE | $90-150K+

Job Location: In-Person, $85K–$145K/Year, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits
ETS is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our client's team.
Primary Responsibilities for the Construction Project Manager role:
- Drive the planning, management, and successful completion of construction projects using high-performance project management tools
- Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and manage project risks, technical, financial, and legal requirements to mitigate potential issues
- Provide mentorship and direction to Assistant Project Managers and project support staff
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related field; or 5-10 years of experience in electrical construction industry
- Ability to travel 20-30% regionally and be responsive to local and regional project needs
- Proven ability to interpret and manage technical, financial, and legal project requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new technology; PMP certification preferred
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills; self-directed with a proactive work style
