Assistant Pre-Construction Manager

Job Location: In-Person, $78K–$92K/Year, 1st Shift, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits
Our client is an innovative company in the construction and manufacturing sector, and they want you to join their team as an Assistant Pre-Construction Manager.
Your day-to-day as an Assistant Pre-Construction Manager:
- Collaborate with the project management team to help execute projects in alignment with contract documents
- Prepare bid documents, RFPs, scope documents, and assist with estimating and scheduling
- Process RFIs, manage submittals, and maintain project logs
- Review and interpret drawings/specifications to ensure full understanding of project scope
- Work with subcontractors, vendors, and procurement teams to align schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and foundational understanding or experience in construction and/or manufacturing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project; experience with PDF editors and file sharing is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel for project site activities and training
