Financial Analyst| Plattsburgh, NY| Direct Hire $65-$75K

Our client is a growing manufacturing organization, and they want you to join their team as a Financial Analyst.

Your day-to-day as a Financial Analyst:

• Analyze production data, costs, and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support operations
• Collaborate with plant management and supply chain teams to improve financial performance
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with corporate goals
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial reporting standards

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
• Experience in financial analysis 
• Strong Excel and ERP/BI tool proficiency (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of cost accounting and standard costing practices
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently and in a team
