Production Supervisor

Job Location: In-Person, $75-$85K/Year, 1st & 2nd Shift Openings, Full-Time, Overtime Opportunities
Our client is a leading manufacturer serving high-tech industries and they want you to join their team as a Production Supervisor.
Your day-to-day as a Production Supervisor:
- Supervise a team of leads and employees to meet production goals
- Develop and maintain a productive workforce through recruitment, training, and motivation
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and take disciplinary action when necessary
- Maintain a fair, productive, and team-oriented work environment
- Oversee production and quality standards, ensure safety compliance, and drive productivity improvements
Your skills and experience:
- Proven experience in production scheduling and team leadership
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing, continuous flow, and continuous quality improvement (CQI)
- Ability to provide effective performance feedback and coaching
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Office Suite
- Experience in a high-volume production environment required
