Production Team Member

Job Location: In-Person, $17.50-$18.15/Hour (Based on Role & Shift), 1st & 2nd Shift (Depending on Position), Full-Time
Our client provides world-class label printing and packaging services, and they want you to join their team as a Production Team Member! Whether you’re starting out in production or have technical experience with machines, this is a great opportunity to grow with a leading manufacturer.
Your day-to-day as a Production Team Member:
- Inspect, set up, adjust, and maintain production equipment to ensure quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production and job transitions
- Verify orders, complete necessary documentation, and perform routine maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Follow processes and procedures to meet production standards
Your skills and experience:
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, tools, or equipment
- Comfort with numbers, measurements, and problem-solving
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift 50–60 lbs and push heavy loads with a pallet jack (up to 800 lbs)
- Willingness to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical or technical knowledge is a plus
