Mold Technician | Direct Hire | $52K+

Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic components, and they want you to join their team as an Mold Technician.
Note: Training typically lasts 3–5 months on first shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), after which the technician will move to second shift or an alternative schedule based on company needs. Second shift schedules may vary and can be negotiated.
Your day-to-day as a Mold Technician:
- Set up and operate injection molding and cap lining machines
- Repair molds and perform routine maintenance on molding equipment
- Troubleshoot and make machine adjustments to maintain production quality
- Sample and validate new molds for production
- Change or repair machine parts as needed to ensure continuous operation
Your skills and experience:
- High school diploma or GED required; 18 months of training in manufacturing technology or engineering preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 3+ years of experience using mechanical and electrical shop tools
- 1+ years of experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, etc.)
- Strong pneumatic troubleshooting skills
