Production Technician

Job Location: In-Person, $21.63-$24/Hour (Based on Shift), Multiple Shifts Available, Full-Time
Our client is a leading manufacturer in the consumer goods industry, and they want you to join their team as a Production Technician.
Available Shifts:
- D2 $22.93: Friday-Sunday, with alternating Thursdays, from 6am-6:15pm
- N1 $21.63: Monday-Wednesday, with alternating Thursdays, from 6:00pm-6:15am
- N2 $24: Friday-Sunday, with alternating Thursdays, from 6:00pm-6:15am
Your day-to-day as a Production Technician:
- Operate and monitor high-speed production equipment safely and efficiently
- Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Assist in troubleshooting production line issues and improving standard work processes
- Participate in formal problem-solving and lean manufacturing initiatives
Your skills and experience:
- Ability to learn mechanical systems and safely operate machinery
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Comfortable using basic computer functions and production software
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and perform physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shift
