Material Coordinator Lead

Job Location: In-Person, $30-$35/Hour (Based on Experience), 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Our client is a well respected leader in the cosmetics industry who is growing rapidly, and they want you to join their dedicated team as a Material Coordinator Lead.
Your day-to-day as a Material Coordinator Lead:
- Oversee and support a team of Material Coordinators within the warehouse environment
- Ensure efficient flow of materials to and from production lines, maintaining accurate inventory and documentation
- Train, mentor, and coordinate daily tasks for warehouse staff to meet production and shipping deadlines
- Collaborate closely with departments including production, planning, and quality to resolve material issues
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Monitor and enforce safety standards and warehouse best practices
Your skill set includes:
- Prior leadership experience in a warehouse or materials coordination role
- Strong communication skills, both in-person and over email
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and warehouse management systems
- Willingness to be hands-on and support the team in daily operations
