Machine Operator

Job Location: In-Person, $19.50/Hour, 1st Shift, 4-Day Work Week (Monday-Thursday), Full-Time, Overtime Opportunities
Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in precision-engineered components and solutions, and they want you to join their team as a Machine Operator.
Your day-to-day as a Machine Operator:
- Set up machines and identify materials needed for each job
- Operate hand tools and measuring devices to ensure precision
- Produce completed parts to meet quality standards
- Track time, enter labor data, and complete material requisitions
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, organized work environment
Your skills and experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a custom build shop preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and 3D schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
- Ability to stand for approximately 10 hours per day and lift a minimum of 25 lbs
