Inside Sales Manager| Direct Hire| $75-$90K+

Our client is a leading manufacturer with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence, and they want you to join their team as an Inside Sales Manager.
Your day-to-day as an Inside Sales Manager:
- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Care Supervisors and Representatives
- Ensure timely, accurate support for customers and internal sales teams
- Oversee departmental workflow, policies, and performance evaluations
- Develop service objectives, performance metrics, and quality review processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service and resolve escalated issues
Your skills and experience:
- 3+ years of sales management or customer service supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP or IQMS a plus), Microsoft Office, and Salesforce
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coach teams, manage priorities, and foster a positive environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
