Bindery Operator

Job Location: In-Person, $18-25/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday Schedule, Full-Time
Our client is a leading print production company supporting the creation and assembly of various printed materials, and they want you to join their team as a Bindery Operator.
Your day-to-day as a Bindery Operator:
- Operate machinery for binding, punching, folding, gluing, trimming, and collating printed materials
- Inspect finished products for quality, correct order, and defects such as loose or misaligned pages
- Stack and package materials during and after production using shrink-wrapping and boxing procedures
- Apply labels, index tabs, and protective coverings by hand or machine
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while documenting daily production as needed
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a print production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and safety documents
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Capable of working independently and following both written and verbal instructions
