On-Site Inbound Customer Support Associate

Job Location: In-Person, $17.50/Hour Base Pay + Commission and Bonuses, 1st Shift, Full-Time

Your day-to-day as an Inbound Customer Support Associate:
- Assess customer needs and suggest products or services
- Troubleshoot customer requests and resolve concerns
- Frequently update your knowledge and understanding of product lines
Your skill set includes:
- Ability to commute to the South Burlington, VT office and commit to attend every day of 3-week training period
- Exceptional customer service – you enjoy creating high quality and positive interactions with othersTeam oriented – can effectively communicate with team members to achieve goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and confidence using computers and software systems
- Confident and interested in learning new products – engines and outdoor equipment
