Lead Packager

Job Location: In-Person, $20/Hour, 1st Shift (7:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday), Full-Time
Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality nutritional products, and they want you to join their team as a Lead Packager.
Your day-to-day as a Lead Packager:
- Guide and motivate assigned packagers in daily packaging activities
- Train new employees on proper procedures, client specifications, and GMPs
- Perform quality checks and ensure accurate product counts
- Label and seal containers, and inspect packaging materials to meet standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Your skills and experience:
- Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred
- Ability to lead a small team and provide clear instructions
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
