Machine Operator Lead

Job Location: In-Person, $19.50/Hour, 12-Hour Overnight Shift, Training on Days for a Month, Full-Time
Our client has been manufacturing top-quality plastic packaging for over 40 years, and they want you to join their growing team as a Machine Operator Lead.
Your day-to-day as a Machine Operator Lead:
- Operate machinery with a strong focus on quality and detail
- Train on day shift and transition to night shift after onboarding
- Work with a small team where strong attendance is critical
- Utilize technology and tools to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform tasks that require comfort with heights and the ability to learn tape measure reading
Your skills and experience:
- Must be open to learning how to read a tape measure
- Not afraid of heights and comfortable with technology
- Ability to follow quality processes with attention to detail
- Must have strong, reliable attendance
