Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Job Location: In-Person, $28-$34/Hour, 3rd Shift (2:00am–10:00am, Monday–Friday), Full-Time
Our client is a regional transportation and logistics provider, and they want you to join their team as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor.
Your day-to-day as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor:
- Plan and coordinate inbound operations, delivery routes, and dock/driver activities
- Supervise staff during unloading and loading processes while ensuring compliance with safety policies
- Manage and prioritize delivery schedules, freight commitments, and routing
- Handle driver communication, customer service, and operational problem-solving
- Train and mentor team members while enforcing company procedures
Your skills and experience:
- Prior experience in a lead warehouse or dock position
- Must be highly proficient in forklift operation
- Skilled in using handheld scanners and routing software
- Comfortable handling paperwork from inbound to final delivery documentation
- Knowledge of hazmat protocols and D.O.T. regulations
