Front Desk Agent

Job Location: In-Person, $19/Hour, Day Shift, Full-Time
Our client is a company focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and quality service, and they want you to join their team as a Front Desk Agent!
Your day to day as a Front Desk Agent:
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service throughout their stay
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, courteous manner
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or general information
- Address and resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience
Your skills and experience:
- One year of front desk or hotel experience preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality required
- Proficient in using computers, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
