Carpenter Foreman

$32-$36/Hour (Based on Experience), Day Shift, Monday-Friday, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Carpenter Foreman to oversee and participate in the construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures for both residential and commercial projects.
Your day-to-day as a Carpenter Foreman:
- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by following safety guidelines and directing personnel on proper equipment use
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute project tasks accurately
- Perform construction duties such as cutting, shaping, assembling, and installing structural elements using raw materials or pre-fabricated components
- Maintain equipment functionality by performing inspections and coordinating necessary repairs
- Comply with local building codes and health and safety regulations while maintaining project standards and timelines
Your skills & experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional carpentry experience; foreman experience (2+ years) is a plus
- Strong proficiency in carpentry techniques and construction methods, including use of electrical, hand, and measurement tools
- Experience working with pre-engineered steel buildings is preferred
- Physically fit with stamina and dexterity to meet the demands of the job
- Demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to travel to different job sites
