IT Supervisor | DIRECT HIRE | Plattsburgh, NY | $80-$90K

Important Note: This position requires the ability to travel to Canada as needed.
Our client is a leading, local manufacturer and they are seeking a skilled IT Supervisor to join their team in Plattsburgh, NY.
Your day-to-day as an IT Supervisor:
- Oversee all on-site IT operations including network, server, desktop, and systems support
- Manage a local IT support team; mentor and develop team members
- Serve as the primary liaison between U.S. and Canadian IT teams
- Partner with plant leadership to align IT solutions with operational needs
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and service level agreements
- Support procurement and vendor management; oversee IT budgets and equipment inventory
- Participate in plant meetings to address IT concerns and drive continuous improvement
Your skills and experience:
- 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership IT role
- 7+ years of hands-on IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in network, server, desktop, and enterprise systems support
- Strong vendor and project management skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bilingual (English/French) is a plus
- Proven problem-solving abilities in high-paced settings
