Electrical Panel Supervisor

Job Location: In-Person, $30/Hour, Day Shift, Full-Time
Our client provides advanced technology solutions, and they want dedicated and skilled individuals like you to join their team as a Panel Shop Supervisor!
Your day-to-day as a Panel Shop Supervisor:
- Oversee daily operations and team performance in the panel shop to meet production goals
- Review and approve production records for accuracy and compliance with standards
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and workflow to maintain efficiency on the production floor
- Serve as the primary communication point between the panel shop and other departments
- Identify and implement process improvements to support lean manufacturing and ISO9001 standards
- Assist the Production Manager in ensuring efficient panel assembly and supporting battery system testing
- Provide leadership on specific projects, processes, or facility areas to ensure smooth production workflow
Your skills and experience:
- 3+ years in a production supervisory role, ideally in tech or related industries
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial technology preferred
- Experience with electro/mechanical assembly, including reading schematics and using wire termination tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software (e.g., ERP systems)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and a self-motivated yet team-oriented mindset
