Pre-Stage Technician

Job Location: In-Person, $17.50-$18/Hour (Based on Experience), 1st Shift, Full-Time
Our client provides word-class label printing and packaging services, and they want you to join their team as a Pre-Stage Technician!
Your day-to-day as a Pre-Stage Technician:
- Properly set up jobs as specified, ensuring all components are correctly aligned
- Retrieve necessary tooling and cylinders for each job, readying equipment for operation
- Perform quality control checks
- Ensure workspace efficiency and order
- Collaborate with various team members to secure all necessary sign-offs on job tickets, confirming accuracy before production
Your skills and experience:
- Proven ability to identify and resolve print quality issues, with a keen eye for detail and troubleshooting
- Flexible and adaptable, capable of adjusting to changing priorities and schedules in a dynamic work environment
- Solid understanding of production processes and quality control, aimed at efficient material manufacturing and distribution
- Strong mathematical aptitude for precise measurements and logical problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effective communication and collaboration across diverse groups
