Production Scheduler| Direct Hire| $55-$65K

Modern manufacturing is rapidly growing in the North Country, and our client is leading the way. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, they want you to join their team as a Production Scheduler.
Your day-to-day as a Production Scheduler:
- Oversee and manage the Master Production Schedule, ensuring prioritization and scheduling of orders daily
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to manage customer orders and expectations, including expedited requests
- Maintain and update manual work orders for preventive maintenance schedules of machines, automation, and tooling
- Monitor and manage backorder summaries to maintain targets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Customer Care, balancing production needs with raw material availability
Your Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in production scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capability to interact with a diverse group of professionals
- Committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of integrity and professionalism
