Service Manager (Jacksonville)

Job Location: In-Person, $80K-$110K Salary (Depending on Experience), Monday-Friday, Day Shift
Our client is seeking a Building Automation Service Manager to lead and grow our service operations. This role is ideal for a strong leader who excels at improving processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team success.
Your day-to-day as a Service Manager:
- Oversee daily service operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manage and communicate with field staff to complete service requests on time
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of service requests and contracts
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance contracts
- Estimate service repairs and replacements with accurate pricing and scope
Your skills and experience:
- Experience in service management, ideally within building automation or related fields
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Financial acumen, including budget management and profitability oversight
- Proficiency in dispatch management, scheduling, and inventory control
- Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving, customer-focused approach
