Service Manager (Jacksonville)

Job Location: In-Person, $80K-$110K Salary (Depending on Experience), Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Our client is seeking a Building Automation Service Manager to lead and grow our service operations. This role is ideal for a strong leader who excels at improving processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team success.

Your day-to-day as a Service Manager:

  • Oversee daily service operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and communicate with field staff to complete service requests on time
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of service requests and contracts
  • Develop and manage preventative maintenance contracts
  • Estimate service repairs and replacements with accurate pricing and scope

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience in service management, ideally within building automation or related fields
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Financial acumen, including budget management and profitability oversight
  • Proficiency in dispatch management, scheduling, and inventory control
  • Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving, customer-focused approach
